A TYPICAL DAY AT LA ROANE

  • 8:00 - 9:30

    Invigorating yoga session (if the course is not yoga, the first group session will take place after breakfast)

  • 9:30

    A hearty breakfast

  • 11.00am - 1:00pm

    Some morning we will take you on local walks, possibly visit a nearby cave, or take you down to the village for those that want some extra time there. Other mornings will be restful and you can explore on your own or read your book by the pool.

  • 1:30

    A delicious buffet lunch.

  • Afternoon

    Free time. Do as you please!
    There are plenty of things to choose from such as walking, cycling, having a sauna, table tennis, table football or simply taking a book from the library and lazing by the pool.
    Therapeutic treatments are available in the afternoons at a cost of 55 euros for a one hour session.

  • 5.30pm - 7pm

    Second daily session of the week’s course activity.

  • 7:30

    Delicious buffet dinner served with wine, followed by an after dinner stroll, music with Nigel, circle dancing, or just taking it easy.

Therapeutic treatments are available 3 afternoons during the week at a cost of 55 euros for a one hour session.

Line Leroy, our chef Enzo’s wife offers treatments in shiatsu, massage and Thai foot massage. She has over 25 years of experience and is sure to help you deeply relax.

Gaetan Vilfride is a young and intuitive practitioner who offers massages, shiatsu and moxibustion. After spending a year cycling around France to promote moxibustion, he is back in the area to offer his services at La Roane. (Yes his hair’s for real!) See www.moxibustion-sante.fr
