The following section explains in detail how the booking process works.

Prices at La Roane, Yoga & Activity Holidays
The courses are truly excellent value as attested by the fact that in 2023:
• NEARLY HALF of our guests had previously attended courses here.
• ALL of our courses were full, some of them with waiting lists.
THE COST
The courses cost £790 per week (only £730 for the circle dancing week) for full board, (twin-bedded rooms), course fees and excursions.
- Single rooms available for a supplement of £60 (£50 for the circle dancing).
- There is a two-way transfer charge of £70 from Toulouse airport to La Roane (£50 for the circle dancing).
- £95 reduction for guests not participating in the courses.
DEPOSIT
We ask for a deposit of £130. This will secure your booking. If booking within 6 weeks of the start of the course, the total amount is due.
When we receive your payment we will send confirmation of your booking and any further details you may need.
Cancellations: The deposit in non refundable. 5 weeks or more before the start of the course,the deposit will be retained but the balance will be returned. From 5 weeks to the start of the course, the entire fee will be retained, apart from transport costs unless we are able to find a replacement, in which case the entire fee minus the deposit will be returned.
COVID 19: If you are unable to travel because you have the virus, and your insurance doesn’t cover it, we are not in measure to refund you but we will give you a -50% discount to use on another course in 2024.

THE BALANCE
The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of the course. We will email you as a reminder.
The balance comes to £790 less £130 deposit = £660 + £60 single supplement if required + £70 if you wish to take advantage of our transfer service from Toulouse.
(For circle dancing it’s £600 balance + £50 single supplement + £50 transfer.)
